Thanks for the comments guys. A couple more, including a selfie (which none of us here seem to ever post in this serious photography forum) which is actually my favorite shot of the day because it was a great day out in the mountains with some of my best friends.

Most excellent! I know some would prefer some detail in those lower shadows but I think your processing works great here to make them into graphic elements that flow up and into the picture.
I feel for you and your family. We had the same experience two years ago with my 99 yr. old father in-law, when he stayed with us for 6 months. We all knew his time was coming soon, but it is still hard to loose a parent.
Nice shots - I really like the pastels and winding river in the first one.
Ben, this is 4k video shot with my drone. Jim, I used a common drone technique, flying fast sideways with a slow rotation to keep the subject close to the center of the frame.
Great photos and fantastic time-lapses Ben, that first is one of your best. Too bad about the video settings in the second - another reason to shoot RAW. The second is too long for such a static shot. If you shot RAW at full res. you would be able to do a slow zoom in that would make it much...
Thanks for all the comments guys. For some reason I didn't process this one until yesterday when I was cleaning out my laptop's hard drive and archiving files.
Not to be confused with the mountain of the same name in Mt. Rainier NP, this one is viewed from Hwy. 20 in the North Cascades. Paul Bunyan's Stump just to the left.
There is an issue with Uploading Photos (attachjments). I am not sure what the problem is, and I am looking into it. You can still try to Create your Threads and Upload your Photos, but it is hanging up during the Upload.
