I don't often go out of my way for moon shots but do have some images where it was in the frame.
A few from Harris Beach at Sunrise:
And finally one that really was shot specifically for the moon - a bit of a ringer (pun intended) for the task subject - an annular eclipse shot in Crescent City from 2012:

Alan, beautiful images, perhaps the first and third are my favorites––but all are very nice indeed! I too, really like the annular eclipse image.

Michael, love this composition––the near and very far is striking!
This was from a Lunar Eclipse in 2018. I captured these in Huntington Beach, California just before sunrise.
This is the Lunar Eclipse.
This is looking at the port in Long Beach.
Then I went for some tighter shots to emphasize more the seascape aspect of Huntington Beach.
This is a single image, I just got lucky with.
And a wave coming in.
All of these were shot from the pier at Huntington Beach. It made for a very stable platform.

Jim, very nice moon images—the lunar eclipse is great! Also the Huntington Beach images with the sooty tern (?) and the last image with the wave coming in are especially nice.
