Thanks Alan.A very nice result for a simple setup.
Thanks Jim. I went crazy with all kinds of gear with my regular photography. I didn't want to do that with Astro. Having laptops ,CCD's, Auto guiding cam's, wires all over the place is not my idea of fun. Others my think it is and that's just fine.Oh Wow!!! You were able to get it!
Maybe I need to try too. I figured without Narrow band filters we couldn't see the pillars, but you proved that wrong! Great work Yervant, I will see if I can capture this tonight.
I have the patience, but not the energy! Thanks Jim. I went crazy with all kinds of gear with my regular photography. I didn't want to do that with Astro. Having laptops ,CCD's, Auto guiding cam's, wires all over the place is not my idea of fun. Others my think it is and that's just fine.

I totally get you Yervant. I do want to improve what I capturing in Deep Space, but I am going very slow and really thinking what steps I want to take, since I also want to keep it very simple. I will add a few pieces, I just want to make sure they are the right pieces and as you said not complicate it.Thanks Jim. I went crazy with all kinds of gear with my regular photography.
