Out for a Ride

While I was out at a local park testing a few lenses out with my newly converted Nikon D7100, I had set up along this trail that I like that weaves through some trees as this group of kids came riding their bikes. I didn't shoot with a slower shutter speed this time so the bikers are frozen sharp.

IR makes for curious color choices when it comes to street photography. The blue trail is a bit on the odd side.

Yeah, that pathway I have lowered the saturation by like 50% as that blue was going crazy.

I had tested this as I was processing it in B&W, and it will look nice in B&W I think. I will do that conversion later.

Nice comp Jim, and I do like the unique color IR created in this image. Like Jameel said a B&W version would be interesting to see.
