    The Eagle Neb

Hi all. So we finally had a little cooperation with the weather a couple nights ago. I captured the Eagle Nebula, AKA Pillars of Creation. This is a stack of 25x60sec shots with Darks and Bias added.

    Milky Way

Hi Jim. That is the Lagoon. I always try and process for true color. It takes many steps(Layer work) in Photoshop. I personally don't like the look of a cooler image. Pillars of Creation (Eagle Neb)

Thanks Jim. I went crazy with all kinds of gear with my regular photography. I didn't want to do that with Astro. Having laptops ,CCD's, Auto guiding cam's, wires all over the place is not my idea of fun. Others my think it is and that's just fine.

    91% Moon - 2021/04/28 + Edit

I think the coloring would look just fine if the Moon itself wasn't to over processed. It's all a process!
