Congrats to Alan for a great job in this very competitive contest. I see that most of you corrected the horizon and fixed the color cast. Some went cool and some went warm as Alan did. Many of you cropped to get it off center and or eliminate the white rock.

I am going to show my best efforts in a separate post here at critique and hope you all weigh in on what I did, especially after getting to know the image so well.

I figured my entry was doomed for leaving the foreground rock in place.

I think some images are ok centered, this must be one because you more or less left it that way and it won.

If Darcey didn't tweak the white on the foreground rock, I would of voted hers the winner. Everything in that image is awesome, but that rock though...
