My contribution for today's Winged Wednesday is the second installment of birds photographed in my yard.
Great Horned Owls nested high in the cliffs behind my home. They are perched 40 feet below the nest.
Male Bullock's Oriole perched on red yucca
Ash throated Flycatchers nest in the trees
Cedar Waxwings visit my yard to eat the pyracantha berries
Gambel's Quail and Harris's ground squirrels are very frequent visitors
