I'm not a bird photographer.....mostly just backyard visitors. And they're rarely colorful like Eric's or the others I see here (even the bee :) ).

This is an action shot I was lucky to get once. I think it's a female black-chinned. We do have many hummingbirds every summer.

Three superb photos as expected Trent. Highest compliments. I must admit, it's difficult for me to distinguish a Laughing gull from a black-headed gull, especially with an open bill.

During our visit to the Basque del Apache Wildlife Refuge in New Mexico we saw and photographed lots of Sandhill Cranes, below are a couple of examples.

Sandhill Cranes in flight over a lake with a number of birds in the water.

It is great to have you back, Eric. I was only able to attract two contributors to the thread last week. I love your black-bellied hummingbird.
