Lots of very nice wings so far today. I encountered an egret yesterday while walking along the greenbelt trail along Salmon Creek near Vancouver but only had my IR converted camera body with me and no long lens so I opted to present the scene as a B&W.

Wood duck babies with Mom. Oh, on WD babies the stripe on eye does not go all the way through and Mallard chicks are also more yellow.
