What’s the most you have driven?

We can sure rack up the miles on our photo journeys, currently I am at 3,300 miles as I head back down into New Mexico.

I am guessing Alan and Zeph have piled up miles, but I am curious, what’s the most miles you have driven on one trip?

Right after I retired in 2015 I did a decompress-from-work road trip where I covered 4655 miles over the course of 25 nights on the road.

It was therapeutic ......

Almost any SW trip I do is long to begin with. This spring was 3236 and I mooched lots of local miles from Doug, Joe, and Monika

Most of my seasonal trips (fall and spring) are at least 2500 or more miles. I bought my RV in the spring of 2014 and have logged 240 nights on the road at 40000 miles so far.

Hmm, my 2000 Toyota Tundra has 118,000 miles and these days I seldom add over 5,000 a year, most of them photo trips. A trip to Oregon is long, 883 one way, and that's about as long as I do.

Ben, you would cringe then to know that my 2013 Jeep has 148,000 miles on it.
