These are so awesome Michael! Love this series. I had captured a bunch of bird shots at a lake the other day while my grandsons had soccer practice. And I thought they looked awesome, but now that I see yours, I see mine aren't so awesome, I like them still, but I had to take them down a peg now as yours really are awesome.

My favorites are the Tree Swallow, Wilson's Warbler and the Belted Kingfisher.

you are way too kind. There are no bad bird pictures because the fact that you took them means that you saw the bird and as long as you can remember that time and place and at least can ID the bird, you have done what you need to do!

I didn’t mean to infer that your pictures were “bad”. My intent was that I think that it is great that you are taking pictures of birds!!
