Waterfall Wednesday 8/6/2025

My waterfall for today is a small scene from a summer visit to Merriman Falls along South Shore road in the Lake Quinault area. I used to make a point of visiting these falls every time I was up on the Olympic Peninsula area since it features many small scenes like this one.

Post whatever you have depicting falling water no matter if its deep in the woods, out in the desert, or surrounded by concrete.

From Monday, this is Ponytail Falls in the Columbia River Gorge. Just a short hike from Horsetail Falls along a steep path. Early morning - didn't see a soul so had it all to myself!
