Welcome to another waterfall Wednesday. As always post any image you have with water showing obedience to gravity.

My falls for today are from a fall visit to the Oregon Coast Range along the Sweet Creek trail.

You have so many beautiful images of waterfalls Alan. I live in a pretty dry place and just don't have images to contribute so here is a shot of water defying gravity.. Yeah... I know ... Just the opposite or your instructions. Here are some water drops sitting on top of a raspberry stem. Gravity wants to have them fall off but the surface tension of the water is holding them in place. (if I remember by grade 12 physics 😃).

I was pretty sure I had an ironclad definition for falling water that would be inclusive even for people living in the flatlands but I never counted on someone finding a way to short circuit the master plan. You win the contrarian award for this one Trent :p

One of the waterfalls along the highway on Sonora Pass in the Sierra Nevada. A few miles before this, I had picked up a pair of PCT backpackers trying to get to their accommodation for the night. They were very much looking forward to having a rare shower.

Nice roadside falls. Its amazing how wonderful the sight of water coming out of a shower head can look when you haven't seen it for a while :)
