My starter falls for today are from the Columbia River Gorge at Latourell. Best shot in the morning if you want to capture the top of the falls.

I love all of the tiers of the underlying rock formations in Glacier for facilitating beautiful falls like these depict. Nice pair of shots.

Nice light for this scene - I like mood this imparts on the falls with your shutter speed choice.

Nice set of falling water shots. Mine is from sol duc area. On the trail about half way to the falls, is a small area with mossy rocks and water flowing through them. Chock full of possibilities there.

You are correct about many possibilities here. I like the scene.

I have only hiked up to the falls once many years ago and need to revisit that area.

Always a stunning waterfall - with quite a bit of water in this capture.

This is a new one from last week, it's a seldom visited and known waterfall in SW Colorado.

Three images from Middle Black Clough ( pronounced Kluff) in Derbyshire in the Midlands of England. I had a pleasant walk up a gorge to a waterfall that was almost dry. It was surprisingly busy and I had to wait for a few selfie instagrammers to do their thing. I was delighted when a large group of wet suit clad 20 somethings waited while I took my shots. We had a socally distanced chat about climate change and rainfall, they visit each year to slide down the incredibly slippery rocks which usually have a few inches of water flowing over them but in this instance a 2 foot wide channel was all that was present but the rocks were like ice and I was wearing my short ice spikes. Ken
