Alan - You would just not believe the photo opportunities! Really, I have never experienced a place like Venice. I am not very well traveled, but still, it is really unbelievable!

So you were there in February - were the streets nice and quiet, being the off season? I went in January and despite the cold, was very pleased by the lack of tourists.

Amy - I was there during Carnivale, so the streets were busy, but not over whelming. Seeing all the models wearing old world costumes and masks really made me feel like I had stepped back in time. It really was incredible!
