Hi Alan, thank you for your comments and question!
This was shot indoors of flowers I gave to Kathleen. I arranged the flowers against a blank white wall and used a short telephoto lens, about 170mm, with the camera mounted on a hefty tripod.
The setup was lighted using window light from the right!
