"Twin Peaks Sunset"
Several local residents of San Francisco told us to go to Twin Peaks for a terrific view of the city skyline. Based on those recommendations we headed for Twin Peaks one late afternoon to experience sunset. Well, it was a considerable Uber ride from the city center. It was a beautiful view of the city skyline to be sure, but was so far away I would have needed a 600mm lens to shoot it the way I envisioned. The view of the city from Twin Peaks is to the north. I saw this happening to the west and decided running a bit and re-positioning the tripod would make for a more interesting image. The layers are the effects of the smoke coming into the city from the Santa Rosa wild fires.
All comments are welcome.
