And while I like Monument Valley as it does have more grand structures, Valley of the Gods comes a close second in grand structures, but it's a clear 1st place because you don't need permits, you can go where you want, when you want. That freedom really is awesome to the photographer.

True that. There is no greater luxury than camping inches away from your shooting location!
