That they are Canada goslings is all I wanted to know. Thank you.
and just confirmed by my friendly hunter. Glad you two know what you are looking at. And to make it worse, this is about the 4th year we have had the fun of watching the babies. Apparently they come back to the same area yearly. By now I should be learning more about them.

Thursday's Task: Spring images you would like to share. My absence here in FocalWorld was due to a second left hip replacement surgery. This surgery and recovery has been more lengthy but I am excited to resume Thursday's Task once again. Thank you for your patience.

It's so awesome to have you back John! I am glad to hear it all went well even if it was slow. And it was great to have @Douglas Sherman take your place for a few weeks. Doug did an admirable job, but there is no way to replace your work and creativity here on Thursdays Tasks.

And what cool images! Love those Red buds. There are some that also bloom just outside Yosemite. I discovered them a few years back, I need to get back up there as they should be blooming now.

Welcome back John. I'm glad the surgery is behind you....Now the healing and back to mobility.
It is really nice to have you back. Nobody does splash pages like you do. You are the best.😍

We have a large crabapple tree just outside of our back door. The blossom were just starting to pop open on Wednesday and we guesses that by the time we returned from our trip to Manatou Springs on Friday afternoon It would be just right for taking photos. Well Mother Nature trumped us again and this is the view of our tree that we woke up to this morning, 2 to 3 inches of wet heavy snow. Hopefully it will warm up in a couple of days and chase the snow from the trees and a few of the pretty blossoms will have survived! ;)

Larry, what a “snow surprise” you had, hope some of the blossoms survive. Maybe this is a “spring surprise” instead. Thanks for sharing this atypical spring landscape.
