I am subbing for Doug again today and chose another suggested task from @John Holbrook - "Landscape scenes shot with a telephoto lens 120mm or longer"

My offering as a starter is a shot of the Grinnell Glacier Falls in Glacier National Park shot at 250mm:

I started to produce long lens landscape images in 2019. Sometimes to pick out details as here in this much cropped 400mm shot from Highland Scotland

Sometimes I produce "normal" landscape shots with a long lens, the same location as above ( the same trees can be seen at the right edge) but a year earlier and only using 155mm this time.

Right on the edge here The Lake district @120mm
