Craig, a beautiful series you’ve shared—I especially favor the “Desert Delight” and “Bear Grass” images. “Desert Delight” is so perfectly composed with good light—and my favorite! Thank you for sharing the clever “Winter Moves In” for this particular Task—your shadow is a perfect “out standing in the field” response!
Doug, thank you so much for sharing these gorgeous images—truly outstanding! I love the CA poppies field, and especially your second field of flowers in CA—my favorite. The TX field of flowers is another beautiful and colorful landscape. The hayfield is also a perfect and well-composed landscape—nice! I like the WA and KS round barns as well. I showed the photo of the John Deere tractor to my wife—she’s from NE Iowa—and she wondered where in Iowa it was.I was traveling yesterday so couldn’t get to this until this morning. In each of these I was standing in a field to take the image.

Thanks for your kind words, John. That tractor was near Storm Lake, IA at my son-in-law’s farm. Thank you for replying Doug, my wife has not visited Storm Lake—yet—but you never know! That’s great your son-in-law has such an interesting collection—especially appropriate for Iowa.
