I just got back from CA yesterday. Here are a couple from that trip.

Anza Borrego Desert State Park, CA

Palm Springs wind turbines. The wind was blowing over 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph, so I was on my knees when I took this image.

Doug, a very beautiful––and colorful desert landscape from the Anza Borrego Park. The flowers do make a beautiful "leading line" in your photo––my favorite image. And in your second image––I must say you even make wind turbines look good. Your shutter speed gives the impression that the turbines were not "working" too hard! A very interesting image, glad you added it as well.

Dan, I like your two images––I particularly favor the Sierra woodland path image, a beautiful landscape! The Yukon scene is composed with a well chosen viewpoint––and I love the landscape into which it disappears. Good job!
