Wow Alan, that is REALLY magnificent in every way, glad to see that one posted again!I shot a lot of sunsets on the beaches at Harris Beach State Park on the Oregon coast but one evening stood head shoulders above the rest as a color show coupled with Goldilocks shooting conditions in early December of 2017. This was low tide during full moon with the low tide timed right at sunset so no leftover footprints from the day near the waters edge. Everyone had left the beach earlier so I had the place to myself with no distractions except for the seagulls and the longer I stayed out there the more interesting the colors got. This particular capture had the most compelling composition with the water, reflections, and colors. I spent over 2 cumulative months of nights at the campground in this park and never did get another sunset that quite matched these conditions.
