The Night of a Thousand Lightning Strikes

This video will be a bit different as I attempt to tell a story in it. It's not perfect, I wish the GoPro took better video in low light, but hopefully it kind of works.

This is a video of that sunset in Blue Valley in Utah in September. I had met up with @Amy Nelson the day before, but she had to go back home, so I headed back to Blue Valley with the intention of flying the drone some more. But it was too windy for drone flying and the sunset and storm were fast approaching. This is an recap of that evening as the sunset and lightning storm had a little race with me.

I shoot out in the rain frequently but not with a muddy road as my only egress. Good thing you didn't need to cross any washes on the way out.
