Sometimes, good things happen to those prepared photographers, lol.
A couple of weeks ago during our trip to Eastern Sierra, the weather went from sunny to stormy over night, on the morning of check out, we got a foot of snow on my car, a port of 395 had chain requirement, we drove south & took a very long detour. Along the way, there were some beautiful rain storms & rainbows.
I took this picture just off highway 46.
