The Bottom of the Grand Canyon

What an experience Jeffrey! I have never been on a rafting trip in the Grand Canyon, but from all that I have read, it's a once in a lifetime opportunity.

How many rafts and people were there in your group?

Love the reflection of the canyon walls.

Did that trip in the late 80's with 16 friends when it was $1300 a person. My favorite vacation to date! Beautiful shot of the canyon!

I just returned from a ten day river rafting adventure on the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. We navigated 226 miles of the river. I've seen places few humans will ever get near. Incredible experience. Photographs only try to convey the awe...

wow, Jeffrey, it must be a unique experience, I can not wait to see more of your photos.

Also, how do you keep the cameras charged along the way, it seems like a long journey.

Thanks Oliver. There's no charging. No cell service. No internet. No electricity. For ten days. I brought 12 batteries. I had a few unused by the end of the trip. I did have a power bank to charge my iPhone for quick pics.
