Munich is several hundred miles from the sea but tributary of the River Isar provides exciting action in the middle of the city. I took many sharp action shots but far prefer this longer exposure panning shot.
Fuji XE-1 (not the action photographers best choice) 18-55 mm lens @55mm f22 1/15s. The surfers shoot back and forth across the river trying ever more dramatic manouevres until they finally fall in and the next one jumps in. One can get very close to the action but you do get wet as they turn only a few feet away from where you crouch. Ken
