I have witnessed three such storms and a couple of nearly as strong.
What made this special was that it caused sounds. From time to time I and many others heard silent hissing, cracking noises. Like radio static. It was the first and so far the last time I have experienced such event.

That storm was a 5! I’ve heard that on that strength they’re audible. I’ve never witnessed anything more than a 3 and I thought that was spectacular!
