Very cool Sunny. That lit up tent is awesome.

The time lapse looks great. So what was your exposure length, and what was the interval? Because those stars look very smooth as they travel in the sky.

Looking back on the Timelapse the one thing I think that would have been a cool touch is if when the moon sunk below the horizon, at the moment it disappeared if the tent had then lit up. A detail that’s easier to think about in hindsight.

Really liking the feeling of isolation in this one. I am going to make it a point to get back into camping this year...I used to really enjoy it, but have gotten away from it. Scenes like this that can only be done by camping are why.

Jim,
ISO 3200, 11mm, F4, 15 sec
Exposure every 20 seconds

Compile the timelapse, remove flickering, adjust wb/highlights
Then slow the video speed down in Adobe Premiere and add music and sync it. Export

Yeah, I wish the tent was lit when I went to sleep. I left the camera out by the car and went to sleep and at some point, the lantern battery died. Tent being lit would've been awesome...maybe i can try that in post-prod and recompile it.
Right now I'm compiling the time lapse we did a few years ago at Glacier point.
