Sorry Amy, but when I first saw this I actually said, "No," out loud as my eyes struggled to focus. What looks like a reverse vignette also doesn't work for me, drawing my eye to the blurry edge. I do see that you had a nice composition that I think would have worked for me as a traditional photo.

Love the Lensbaby effect! Santa forgot to give me one this last year, I guess he went for the bigger gift of the astro mount.... :)

The Lensbaby isn't for everyone, but I like it and think it's cool. It worked perfect with that arching branch in the scene, allowing us a peak into what looks like a cool little pond. Nice color choices too. Other then my recent Butterfly IR, I typically go for the brighter more vibrant colors in mine, but you are the master of subtlety, something I should learn.

Very Nice Amy, I really like how it draws your eye to the pond and it's reflection along with the trees.

Well Seen and Captured.

Like Jim said, different types of art forms are not for everybody and that's ok. But I'm glad you shared your views on this rather than just moving on. Thanks! (and it made me chuckle :))

Thanks Jim, in fact that's why I came back on to the site. I didn't have the time to really look at your butterfly last time and make a comment.
