Sicily, Valley of the Temples

Sorting through snapshots of a vacation in Sicily. I will post pictures of the trip in different posts, but my favorite place I thought I would start with was called "The Valley of the Temples" where its said contained temple ruins that are in better conditions than what's in Greece. The 1st temple was built around 581 BC
On the down side, my 4/3 Olympus camera decided to stop auto focasing so many of these images were taken with my cell phone. Time for a new camera I guess.

And finally, a 900 year old olive tree, thats still producing olives.

Nice set to show these structures. Too bad about the camera. The phone pictures are pretty good with the current tech.

Neat shots of this old temple. The phone images you got are as good (or possibly better) than the images I got in Athens decades ago with my film camera.

I missed this one somehow. I really like these temples! Amazing architecture, and they do look to be in pretty good shape.
