Second Beach Sunset

I like this view of the sunset on this beach but there are some fairly distracting masking artifacts that leave halos around the clouds.

@Michael13 - Good observation. It was quite windy and it was a 20 second exposure (using 6-stop ND filter). Guess what - I shot the same scene with my iphone and it came out sharper

Hmmm... I used only one mask in LR - to slightly desaturate the water. No masking of the sky/clouds.

It may be your tripod settling into the sand. It happens to me a lot. There is not often a nice rocky place to set up and the wetter the sand, the more fluid. What can you do?

Neat sunset. Second beach is chock full of possibilities especially when the light cooperates like what you had.
