This is a great place to shoot sunrise on the Tetons. IMO, there is no other way to shoot a landscape picture in Grand Teton National park area without framing the Tetons mountain range! I was very lucky on my first tryout here to have decent sunrise and no wind.

Certainly not going to argue with the notion that this is a great sunrise site - esp. after seeing this shot. I'd keep the GPS coordinates for that spot.
