Here is an old image taken at Silver Lake Flats. Never happy with the muddy looking sky. Not sure I like it yet

My salvage job is from a visit to Death Valley back in 2012 overlooking a familiar view at Zabriski Point. This one was a bit dark and got left behind in my stash so I cleaned up the lighting quite a bit and took a few liberties with the sunrise colors to juice it up a bit as well.

From 2013 and North Island New Zealand. Although I have used Deep Prime on this image it is the new easy masking in ACR that has helped a lot. Ken

Very nice. Assuming you isolated the sky look how clean those grasses are that poke up into it. Very tasty image

This image was taken from Steptoe Butte overlooking the Palouse. It had a horrible sky and the light was harsh. So through the wonders of Photoshop and Lightroom and some cropping I was able to get this. It is not great, but it is better than the original image.

It's very nice indeed, Douglas. The undulating green fields behind the colorful flowers are beautiful.

I think the sky goes quite well with this scene. Maybe your monitor calibration needs a tune up?
