Rocks in Lake Michigan

I have been using my 10 stop ND filter quite a bit lately. I like the "dreamy" effect, especially with B&W. This is a 30 second exposure of the lake during a windy evening, and the clouds were moving in all different directions. With he tripod being hit by wind and waves, I was a little worried about how the details would come out.

Great mood to this one - I like the combination of the long shutter, the neat skies and a good job of rendering this in B&W. The details look fine in spite of your concerns.

This looks super cool Dale! Love the leading line of the rocks you found heading out into the lake and the storm. I think windy conditions with fast moving clouds are great conditions for a 10 stop ND, so it's great you are using it more and I look forward to seeing more results.
