Just reprocessed this old 5 mp image using the Topaz Gigapixel processor in Photoshop and found it does a nice job!

Nice result from that Plug-in. It will be interesting to see what Adobe does with the Topaz tech now that they bought the company.

The plug-in seem to be built into the latest version of Photoshop, under the Image menu heading called 'generative upscale'.
