These are the only ones I liked out of the pics I took the other night

& I tried with my hyperfocal distance, I did not like these when I put them on fb but I think I had over noise reduced and cropped too much. Can you give me any advice on these? If need be I will reset them & put in the critique forum as SOOC'S

Hey Darcy,

In #1 and 3, I would say to focus on the buildings. Where did you focus at in #1 and 3?

#3 I focused on the homes that are cropped out of the frame, but the ones I focused on the hotels were just as bad if not worse LOL. #1I believe I focused on the same thing, the homes that are out of the frame, as they were right across the street, as you can see in #2

That may not have been a good idea... :cool:

Were you using a remote release to take the photo? How about Mirror Lock up?

No I didn't use either, but I did use my self timer set at 10 seconds. I know I can shoot a fairly good photo, so don't know what was going on that night :confused:
