That is some great pour off Ryan!
Thanks Jim. Admittedly, it's a two image composite. I took about 20 photos and combined the best falls with the best water motion moving between the rocks. I would of loved to have falls on the opposite rocks too, but in the time I was watching, water never poured over that side.

Beautiful Darcy! Love the Bald Eagle shot especially. You ended the year photographically with a bang!

Where is this preserve? Is it hard to get to where you saw the Bald Eagles?
Thanks Jim, nope it is not hard to get to at all. Pahranagat, here is the link! It is about an hour north of Vegas heading towards Alamo on hwy 93

OK, I'll play :)
While this is ubiquitous if you go to Yosemite often, it is always pleasant to have this spectrum of warm/cold across this scene. Sony A7R w/Canon FD 20mm
The haze from the SoCal fires contributed I'm sure.

From New Years Eve at Summersville Lake in West Virginia (drained for the winter) under a nearly full moon, in temperature around 3 °F. There are a variety of structures placed underwater in the lake to serve a fish habitat, including this sunken boat.

This was taken about 14 minutes before midnight, so its my last finished picture from 2017!
