Palouse Morning Light over Canola

A early morning photo of some canola hanging on late in the season. I took this in July this year near Farmington, WA. Fortunately there was a bit of light that came through the clouds.

I like this scene. The broad swath of yellow and the nice cloud cover works well together here.

My visits to the Palouse have been in spring and fall without vegetation like this decorating the rolling terrain.

That Canola looks really cool. You got a bit of nice light which is always nice. The clouds have that yellow/blue going on which is great.

A really pretty scene. I like the wide view. I could see alternate crop in the lower left third of the image to get closer to the hill and those neat clouds piling up there (and more canola).
