Nice result under difficult conditions. Those NB filters for OSC cameras are doing a good job for sure.
I ran your image through NoiseXterminator on default settings and it really helped it out. Of course, more conservative settings can be used, ideally earlier in the processing.
LHE is a cool tool too, but in that case you do have to go easy. I like to use it while still working with the starless version with a luminance mask created from the image you are working on applied as a mask (to make sure you are affecting just the nebulosity and not the background or the stars) and then with the Contrast limit usually in the 1.5 to 1.8 range or so. As Carlos said above though, this is all personal preference and it is best to play around yourself and find out what you like.
