Old Trailridge Road

This iamge was taken on the road leading to 'Old Trailridge Road'. Old Trailridge Road is the original road that was built to reach the top of Trailridge. It is a dirt road that still is available to drive up the the pass. When it is open it provides a beautiful alternative to the scenic, paved road most commonly used.

Hi Alan this road goes to the entry to the Old Trail Ridge Rode. There is a very nice camp ground at the end of the paved road. The old road is not paved and an interesting drive!
