Nikko Blue

Nikko Blue is the ID I found online for this particular flavor of Hydrangea. This specimen is on a bush blooming in my neighbor's yard about a foot from my property line and just outside of my garage door. In full bloom now with this shot taken about an hour ago.

Thanks! This plant is mostly in the shade so getting good uniform light is an easy task.

Thanks Jameel - the blooms start out as yellow and then shift to blue as the bloom matures. There is another hydrangea next to this one that's purple and those blooms start out as yellow as well.

Thanks Jim - most folks simply call it a hydrangea but I went out of my way to figure out the specific variant in this case.
