Nasturtium

The Garden Nasturtium (Tropaeolum majus) is also known as Indian cress or monk's cress. It can be a bit on the unruly side as a garden plant and has been doing its level best at trying to escape the bed we planted it in. In spite of the name it is not related to the true Nasturtium genus according to the wikipedia page for this flower.

What a pretty and mischievous flower!
Thanks Jim - the blooms are pretty cool which sort of makes up for needing to do daily checks on the runners it keeps trying to send out of its designated garden bed. Kind of like trying to contain squash and melons from taking over your yard.
