I know I have been setting a rather poor example since I still haven't picked out my Top 10 as most everyone else has. Best of 2020 | Focal World But when I got to finally sorting through my postings of my photos from last year it dawned on me that they might make for a fun video. So this is it. :)

All comments are welcome,

Jim

This method allows you to display quite a few images for your 2020 travels. Nice presentation.
Thanks Alan. I hadn't planned on so many, but when I saw it and with Ben and I doing the timelapse video's, I thought this lent itself to it. I may go back later with fewer photos but use some of the zoom and panning features in the video software. But we will see if I have enough time to take to that on.

Well a few comments:

1) You need to go back to school, cause you apparently don't understand what the number 10 means :) What an embarrassment of riches, so many wonderful images and timelapses!

2) You made a wonderful video collage, although I wanted to be able to savor some of these for longer than they stayed on the screen. Some of these I remember fondly and some I missed your posting and it is good to see it here. I may have to screen capture a couple just so I can respond to them directly.

3) How many miles are represented in this video? GOTTA be quite a few!

4) Here's hoping for more opportunities for all of us to spend time out shooting together as this year progresses and the COVID vaccination efforts move along.

5) I am going to keep saying this to everyone who posts video with music. Please post a music credit at some point in your video. I really wanted to know who was responsible for the music in this one.

Ha ha Mike, thanks! :)

It's a good thing the Video summary wasn't subject to the 10 photo limit. :)

In case it wasn't clear, this video summary wasn't in place of my doing a Top 10 Best of 2020 thread for me, it's just as I was going through and looking over all that I had posted as I was trying to get it down to 10, doing a video seemed like a great way for me to just create a video I can share on YouTube that hopefully others will see and serve as a source of advertising FocalWorld.

Thanks for the suggestion about a longer display time. I tried to find a time that wasn't too short but also wasn't too long. With a run time of 8 mins with this display time it seemed about right, but I could try a version with a longer display time.

LOL, yeah, you don't want to know how many miles I had driven. California to Colorado every other month on top of looping through Washington state and then a fall trip to Iowa, Minnesota all the way to Michigan and back through the Dakota's.

Sorry, no music credit as the music I use is just stock music with Movavi and there is no listing as to who they had create the music.

Interesting - well sorry to hear about the music credit, I would have liked to find out who was responsible for that.

Fantastic. Your night shots as usual are outstanding and the sequencing so that the composition of each picture flows into the next works well.
