Thanks Alan. What I have been finding with the Blue Ridge Parkway is that while you can get nuclear sunsets, if there are clouds (which there usually are) you often get interesting/dramatic light. Will be going there more.Maybe not nuclear skies but some nice rays to add depth to the layered hills. If I had to pick a favorite it would be #3 although I do like the first one as well.
Great skies you got there Steve! Nr. 1 and 4 are my favouritesBest regards,
Thanks Vieri! Appreciate the comment. Someday perhaps you should check out the Blueridge Parkway.

Thanks Ben!Agree with Vieri, 1 and 4 are the winners, but I like them all.
Thanks Jim! the BRP is a special place.I sure like the light in these. My favorites are #1, 3 and 5.
Thanks Mike! I love the receding layers you get in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Pretty easy to see how they got their name.Nice set! I like #1, #4, and #5 myself. The flowers in the foreground of 1 make it special, I love the clouds and the range of colors on the horizon in 4, and 5 has that wonderful layered look!

Thanks, glad you like them!A great series
Thanks--never done a time lapse, but I was playing with different focal lengths and changing position/direction some.Nice work. The first is my favorite with more depth and interest to the foreground. The last is beautiful in a more peaceful end of the day feeling - that might have made a nice time-lapse.
Glad you liked the layering.Very nice layering in the series.
Thanks you! Was lucky with the light.I like all of them but my favorites are #1 #3 and 4. Beautiful light!
