Technically, this is a landscape, though interpreted through an alternative camera technique. Once I realized I wasn't making a photorealistic image, I had some fun with settings that I don't usually use.

It's a frozen and dead forest, early in the day...

Thanks Amy. Intentional Camera Movement, for starts, though some may say it is not that alternative. Then I use editing methods to varying degrees that I would not normally use on photo-realistic landscapes.
