Market place in Vietnam

Neat street shots. Looks like a really nice way to get fresh produce for your dinner.

I would absolutely need a translator with me to shop in those market pods. First just to have a clue what was being said and second to acquire a hint as to what exactly all of these items are and how to prepare them. There are a lot of items on display that I don't recognize at all.

What a really cool market area. #2 and 6 are my favorites. Those women looking up and behind like someone is yelling down to them. And then the lady not even getting off the scooter to buy something. So cool.

I certainly would Alan. I point to what looks like chicken, pork or beef or seafood not sure about the rest. I wanted to post some of the item being sold at the local market but...LOL

I'll post more street photos to get the feel the everyday life in Vietnam. I plan to go back this year if my schedule allows it and stay for a couple of Months.
