It's fun to imagine what life was like here. I personally can't help but imagine the shifts in the sky, if you were intrigued with storm watching this might be the place to be.

Interesting scene. You could watch a storm for quite some time with a view this expansive.

IMO it's the opposite! I think this is one of the stronger ones that I've seen (granted, I've been a little MIA) from Amy.
The foreground is wonderfully grabby, which leads the eyes on zigzag through the old houses and up into the very nice sky.
I'll admit that perhaps the colors chosen could be tweaked to improve everything, but that's just icing on this delicious looking cake.
My $0.02 - I know landscape is your bread and butter, Mr. Ben.

I agree with Jeff on this, I think this is really strong and love the ground layer especially, along with that cool orange sky.
Amy., congrats on the featured post. It really is a great image, what I meant above is that your other IR images are so good that I did not think this one to be quite as good.
I am not any sort of expert on IR, but I consider your work to be great images IR or otherwise. I guess I just wanted a bit more punch in the sky, But I seem to be the only one.

Nice wide vista. And congrats on the feature. I'd go with darkening the sky here as the bright sky draws my eye there.
