Thanks Peter it wasn't a town below just a bunch of home situated near Cathedral Rock. I agree their lights add a bit of special illumination.

That's crazy Bob! Awesome work here. I have not had good results with the longer shutter speeds at night with lightning, but this really worked out well.

Thanks for the critique. It was mostly a storm of dry lightning which produces very little thunder just a great display. This went on for more than hour.
