As a side note, I noticed right way that the photographer messed up by not having the girls set up correctly. The girls in the maroon dresses need to be the same amount of girls away from the bride on both sides. There shouldn't be a maroon dress on the left edge, and the corresponding one then 1 away from the edge on the right. Along with the balancing, the photographer should have also have evened out the number of girls in the peach dresses. To me, it's little details like that which set apart good wedding photographers from the rest.

I was in Chicago participating in an architecture photography workshop. This image is from a park, where we were shooting pictures of the curved structure that the ladies are standing under. Apparently, the structure and the park is popular with wedding photographers. There may have been a venue nearby where they actually do weddings. Just a little background information on the image.

Here is my effort. I am the farthest thing from a people photographer, much less a wedding photographer. So that gives me the freedom to naively make a bunch of most likely ill-advised edits :)

I brought up the exposure, and then really cooled down the WB as it looked artificially warm to me. Also added some other more minor tweaks and a very small crop...
